By Far the Best Broker
Sharon Fowler is by far the best broker I have come across. After a stressful situation in trying to find a company that would even consider me in my financial situation, I just happened to come across Sharon’s business profile on the Internet. Previously all other mortgage brokers and banks had all but made me feel very foolish for even approaching them in my financial situation. All of the so called traditional and non traditional lenders said that what I was looking for in my situation was not possible and one specific broker said to me ” I daily work magic, but I can’t work miracles which is what you need” . So I gave up but a week later on the net Sharons profile as the AMP broker came up and I thought I’d give it one last shot. Sharon asked me my situation, write some things down and said to me honestly, ” I can’t guarantee you anything, but we may be able to help you in some way” I was elated to just have that kind response. a few weeks later Sharon came to us with an offer which enabled my family to purchase a block of land in the beautiful area of Port Stephens. Sharon was ALWAYS so wonderful to me on the phone and in emails, she even put up with my constant hounding of her to find out how it was going! I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a loan. And in the future I will only work through her in my financial area because of what she has done for my family and I. When all others made us feel less because of our situation, Sharon treated us with respect and worked with us in our means and situation. Thank you Sharon Fowler you are a true Professional.
